My main goal is to see my proper progression every day and get better day after day.
What is your favorite workout routine?
At the moment, I’m working with PPL (Push-Pull-Legs) but I also like to do a complete split for weeks. My favorite #workout will always be chest training.

Well, It won’t be that extraordinary.
Breakfast: oatmeal with fruit and eggs
Lunch: rice, veggies and beef, chicken or fish
Diner: quite the same as lunch
Snacks: whey protein or cottage cheese with healthy fats like almonds or nuts and bananas
What is your favorite #healthy meal? Can you share a recipe?
I would say a nice peperonata with basmati rice, and sesame-soy sauce salmon. It’s yummy and tasty. For the salmon, it’s the easiest recipe I’ve ever done lol. Put the salmon in a container, add like 20ml of soy sauce to make the salmon soak into and sprinkle with sesame.
